Cancellation Policy

Applies only to consumers
This cancellation policy applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Entrepreneurs do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached sample cancellation form which is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for:
- Fully provided services: The right of withdrawal expires in the case of services if the entrepreneur has fully provided the service and has only begun to perform the service after the consumer has given his explicit consent and has confirmed at the same time that he is aware that he loses his right of withdrawal if the entrepreneur fully fulfils the contract (§ 356 paragraph 4 BGB).
- Digital content: In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content that is not stored on a physical medium, if the entrepreneur has begun to perform the contract after the consumer has given his explicit consent and has confirmed at the same time that he is aware that he loses his right of withdrawal by giving his consent to the beginning of the performance of the contract.
Important note
When ordering hosting services, VPS, servers or other immediately provided services, you can agree to the immediate provision of services during the ordering process. In this case, the right of withdrawal expires with the start of the service provision.

Practical tips
Observe deadlines
The 14-day revocation period begins with the conclusion of the contract. Send your revocation in good time – the date of dispatch is decisive, not the date of receipt.
Secure proof
Keep proof of your revocation (e.g. email confirmation, registered mail). This way, you can prove in case of doubt that you have revoked in good time.
Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your revocation via the same payment method you used for the order.
